The Sirocco Wind Turbine is a compact, urban wind generator that takes up 6 times less space than traditional wind turbines and 4 times less space than solar panels for a 5kW system. It is designed for installation in close proximity to buildings.
Sirocco wind turbines have 50% aerodynamic efficiency, achieved through linear blade motion. This results in increased energy production compared to classical wind turbines with only 35% efficiency.
Sirocco turbines produce low mechanical noise and no infrasound, unlike traditional wind turbines. Also, in comparison, air conditioners typically produce 50 decibels of noise, while Sirocco only 41.

During the purchase, the wind turbine becomes the property of the client, while during leasing, it remains in the ownership of Sirocco Energy. The same situation applies to servicing. If a person buys a wind turbine, the cost of servicing falls on them, while if the wind turbine is leased, servicing is carried out at the expense of Sirocco Energy. The third, point concerns the impact on property value. When purchasing a wind turbine, the value of the property increases (at least by the cost of ownership, but usually much more).
During leasing, the increase in value does not occur since the wind turbine does not become the client's property. With a Sirocco wind turbine lease, you do not own the system and, therefore, do not qualify for government or private rebates or incentives for the Wind Turbines. Depending on where you live, the cash-based incentives may be significant enough to make purchasing wind turbines a much better option.
